Was on Medical Leave today. Viral infection and a bad sore throat. UnFortunately the BOSS was not around. What a waste to get a day OFF when the BOSS is not around. #crap#

Was talking to a friend on MSN just now. She was complaining about some of her colleagues having a very bad work ethic.

Back-stabbing, rumor-mongering and the works, for the main purpose of getting into the good books of their employer.

I know how it works. Being an employee and later as an employer, i can truly vow that this is really happening.

Who said climbing the corporate ladder is easy?

Besides hard work and being extremely bright, politicking and arse licking seems to be the flavour of the month.

Word of advice : work for yourself, or join the bandwagon.
